Plaintiffs Mr. and Mrs. P., who are the parents of minor child R.P., have brought this action pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (the “IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq., and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Section 504”) against the Greenwich Board of Education (the “Board”) of the Greenwich Public School District.
