MEMORANDUM *
Behar Zymberi petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (BIA) denial of his applications for asylum and withholding of removal. We dismiss the petition in part and deny the petition in part.
An asylum application must generally be filed within one year of the applicant’s arrival in the United States, but a late application may be considered if the applicant shows that extraordinary circumstances prevented the applicant from filing the application within the one-year time limit. 8 U.S.C. § 1158(a)(2)(B), (D).
