Plaintiff-Appellant Susan Graziosi (“Graziosi”) filed suit against Defendants-Appellees Chief Freddie Cannon (“Chief Cannon”) and the City of Greenville, Mississippi (collectively, “Greenville”) under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that Greenville terminated her employment for engaging in protected speech, in violation of the First Amendment.
