Findings of Fact.
I. That plaintiffs, Arthur G. Harral and Carolyn H. Harral are husband and wife and resident citizens of the United States, residing in Pecos County, Texas, in the El Paso Division of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas at all times herein mentioned.
