It appears from the briefs of counsel for both parties that John Eandall of Emanuel County, Georgia, a veteran of the World War, designated, before his death on March 10, 1935, his minor child, Inez Eandall, as beneficiary of his adjusted-service certificate (bonus), the proceeds of which were, under 38 H. S. C. A. 377, § 641, payable on his death to the beneficiary named by the' veteran.
