Plaintiff Kenneth Owen Browne brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to obtain judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of.'Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying his claim for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income under the Social Security Act.
