MEMORANDUM OPINION

On February 19, 1999, three creditors of Mid-South Auto Brokers, Inc. (“Mid-South”), filed an involuntary petition for relief under the provisions of chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Mid-South did not contest the involuntary petition and was adjudicated a debtor by an order entered March 16, 1999. James F. Dowden, Esq. was appointed Trustee.
