Two motions are currently pending before the Court in the above-captioned case: Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand and Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Add Parties and to Serve an Amended Complaint. For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs Motion to Remand is DENIED and Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Add Parties and to Serve an Amended Complaint is GRANTED. Furthermore, because Plaintiffs Complaint as amended asserts claims against non-diverse Defendants, this Court no longer has subject matter jurisdiction over this case and therefore must REMAND it to the Superior…
