—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Jonas, J.), rendered March 3, 1993, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (three counts), robbery in the second degree (three counts), criminal use of a firearm in the first degree (three counts), assault in the first degree, kidnapping in the second degree, and criminal mischief in the third degree, upon his guilty plea, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.
