KENNEDY, District Judge.
This is a suit in equity in the nature of a creditors’ bill by which the plaintiff and intervener seek to follow the assets of the Post Printing & Publishing Company, a Missouri corporation, which passed into the hands of the stockholders of said corporation thereby defeating the rights of the plaintiffs in securing the satisfaction of their judgments, one recovered against said corporation in the United States court for the District of Missouri and the other in the state courts of Missouri.
