This is an appeal from an order denying the application of appellant, Harry J. Remmers, a bankrupt, a discharge in bankruptcy. The facts are these:
Appellant was duly adjudged a bankrupt in an involuntary proceeding on April 25, 1903. On May 4th thereafter he made oath to his schedules of assets and liabilities, as provided by law, which were duly filed in the proceedings.
