STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On February 3, 1990, in Clarksdale, Mississippi, Robert Simon, Jr. was arrested for the murders of Carl, Bobbie Joe, Charlotte and Gregory Parker. The February 2,1990, murders were committed in the course of arson, robbery, burglary, sexual assault and kidnaping.
