In this housing discrimination action, the defendants, Michael Sullivan and Robert Sullivan, appeal 1 from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiffs, the commission on human rights and opportunities (commission) and Dennisse Colon, con- eluding that the defendants unlawfully had discriminated against Colon, a prospective tenant, on the basis of a lawful source of income in violation of General Statutes § 46a-64c.
