OPINION

VAIDIK, Judge.

Case Summary

Brandon Vernon appeals the revocation of his probation. Specifically, he contends that the trial court erred in not allowing him to present evidence that explained and mitigated his probation violation. Because Vernon did not admit to all the allegations in the probation violation petition, the trial court held an evidentiary hearing on the remaining allegations. Vernon was thus afforded the opportunity at this evidentia-ry hearing to present evidence that suggested that the violation did not warrant revocation. We therefore affirm.
