This is an appeal from the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida. The State appeals from the trial court’s order granting Defendant’s motion to dismiss.

The Defendant, as a consequence of a police investigation of a single car accident, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcoholic beverages (D.U.I.).
