I. Introduction
This matter arises in the bankruptcy case of Hatfield 7 Dairy, Inc. (“Hatfield Dairy” or “Debtor”) and is before the Court on the motion for relief from the automatic stay (“Motion”) (Doc. 235) filed by Stoll Farms, Inc. (“Stoll”). By the Motion, Stoll seeks to recover 3,000 tons of corn silage (“Silage”) from the Debtor.
