This adversary proceeding came on before the Court on January 19, 1993, for hearing on the Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. The Plaintiff appeared by her attorney, William R. Skolnick. The Defendant appeared by his attorneys, Jeffrey S. Ronbeck and Gary A. Flatten.
