The State of Texas sought appellate review of an order granting a writ of habeas corpus. We dismissed the appeal on the ground that the State has no right to review, and the State has moved for reconsideration. We adhere to our ruling.

The record before us shows that appel-lee, John Patterson, pleaded guilty before a justice of the peace to ten counts of issuing bad checks. Three days later he pleaded guilty before another justice of the peace to fourteen similar counts. Punishment was assessed at a $200.00 fine for each bad check and $87.00 costs for each proceeding.
