KRUEGER, Judge.
The offense is murder. The punishment assessed is confinement in the State penitentiary for a term of fifteen years.
Appellant’s chief contention seems to be that the evidence is wholly insufficient to sustain his conviction. With this we find ourselves unable to agree. It appears from the record that at the time of the unfortunate occurrence the deceased was working for the North American Aviation Company, while appellant’s former wife (from whom he had been divorced for two or three years at the time of the killing) worked at the Mustang Cafe in the City of Dallas.
