Plaintiff moves to strike out a notice of appearance filed herein by the United States Attorney for this District. The action was commenced by the filing of a complaint on November 18, 1943, under the so-called “Informers’ Statute”, 31 U.S.C.A. §§ 231-235; Revised Statutes, §§ 3490-3494.
