After a four-day trial, a Tarrant County 1 jury returned a verdict in favor of Susan Bobo for $40,358.21 for injuries she received in a motor vehicle accident with Elezebeth Varughese. Following a hearing on Bobo’s motion for judgment, the trial court entered a final judgment on March 29, 2016, in favor of Bobo in the amount of $49,072.28, including the damages awarded by the jury, prejudgment interest, and court costs.
