Blanche Leger Manuel died testate on October 5, 1986. She was survived at her death by her husband, Delta Manuel, and four children born of their marriage: John Clyde, Jeanette, Abeline and Howard Dean. In her olographic testament dated May 14, 1985, she bequeathed unto her husband the life usufruct without bond of all property…
