The majority opinion turns on the conclusion that the Workers’ Compensation Commission found that the appellee’s distress was such that the attendance of a physician was required within seventy-two hours after the occurrence. I think it clear that the Commission made no such finding, and that its decision was instead based on an erroneous interpretation of the applicable law.
