TJOFLAT, Circuit Judge:
The three counts of the complaint in this case alleged respectively (1) a conspiracy in restraint of trade, in violation of Title 15, United States Code, Section 1, (2) monopolization and attempt to monopolize, in violation of Title 15, United States Code, Section 2, and (3) tortious interference with a contract under Georgia law. Jurisdiction over the two antitrust counts was based upon Title 15, United States Code, Section 15, and Title 28, United States Code, Section 1337.
