BROSKY, Judge.
This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered following appellant’s conviction upon two counts of indecent assault. 1 The sole question presented for our review is whether the evidence was sufficient to sustain appellant’s conviction in that there was no actual skin-to-skin contact between appellant and the victim. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the judgment of sentence.
