The district judge has handed down a well-prepared written opinion in this case, and to a great extent we have adopted it as the opinion of this court.

Plaintiff sued for damages arising out of the death of her husband, John C. Barnes, on June 24, 1929, due to an accident on June 22, 1929, caused by a train of defendant’s lessee running into him while he was walking across a trestle over Bayou Boeul on the track of defendant near Lecompte, Rapides parish.
