This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Scioto County sustaining the motion of the claimant, appellee herein, to remand this cause to the Board of Review, Bureau of Unemployment Compensation of Ohio, for the purpose of affording the claimant a rehearing and having a rehearing record made. Edith G. Hall (Bishop), the appellee in this court, will be referred to herein as the claimant and James R. Tichenour, appellant herein, will be referred to as the administrator.
