Currently before the court is the defendant’s Motion to' Suppress Identification filed on December 28, 2001. Having considered the argument of counsel, the evidence presented at the suppression hearing held on February 5, 2002, and having reviewed the motion and opposition thereto, and for the reasons hereinafter set forth, the defendant’s motion shall be GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as more fully explained below.
