The plaintiff in this action sued defendant Ann Rather for personal injuries arising out of a wreck of an automobile which she was driving, and in which he was riding. Defendant Rather filed a counterclaim against the plaintiff for personal injuries arising out of the same accident and a cross-claim against the defendant Kelley-Williams -Motor Company, employer of the plaintiff. The jury found the issues for the defendant Rather on the plaintiff’s petition and in her favor on her counterclaim against the plaintiff, and on her cross-claim against defendant Kelley-Williams…
