This case involves the enforceability of a lease under the Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”). Appellant IFC Credit Corporation (“IFC”) is the assignee of a lease between Appellee Specialty Optical Systems (“Specialty”) and NorVergence, Inc. (“NorVergence”). After a three-day bench trial, the court found the lease was unenforceable, entered judgment for Specialty, and awarded sanctions against IFC.
