It is earnestly insisted that we were in error in holding that the trial court properly admitted the testimony set out in the original opinion. Appellant cites us to the case of Ohilson v. Oheim, 171 S. W. 1074, the opinion in which was rendered by the Court of Civil Appeals, Second Supreme Judicial District, October 31, 1914. A copy of that opinion has been furnished us by appellant.
