Quentin Lee Horton was convicted of malice murder, arson in the first degree, and related crimes in connection with the stabbing death of his neighbor Jeffrey Hagan and the burning of Hagan’s home. Horton was sentenced to serve life in prison plus five years without the possibility of parole, and he appeals, asserting five enumerations of error.
