¶ 1 I dissent from today’s opinion because I firmly believe that this Court should not uphold two death sentences in a case where so many errors were made at the trial level and where the jury was purposefully misled by the State about the involvement of another individual in the double homicide for which *913Edward Bruce Primeaux was tried and convicted.
