To claimant the question herein is whether he was entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits from the State of New York at the rate of $17 per week or $21 per week. Stated more broadly, the question presented is, whether in the circumstances of this case, which are common in industry, the claimant is entitled to be credited with his wages received during 1944, for services rendered for appellant within New Jersey as well as within New York in determining the amount of his weekly benefit rate under the New York Unemployment Insurance Law (Labor Law, art. 18).
