Briefly stated, the facts in this case are as follows: the Crystal Window Glass Company, of Pennsylvania, a corporation, on or before February 4, 1910, was indebted to one David Gaehr, a citizen of Cleveland, Ohio, in the sum of $392.35. It was also *354indebted at the same time to the plaintiff, the P. A. Geier Company, a corporation, in the sum of $905.31, some $300 of which amount has since been paid by the Crystal Window Glass Company.
