This is a motion by the defendant for an order dismissing the indictment on the ground that the Supreme Court lacks jurisdiction.
Defendant was arrested on April 3, 1974, criminal complaints were filed and defendant was arraigned in the Criminal Court. Then, on April 9, 1974, the case was transferred to the Family Court. A hearing was held in the Family Court on April 17, 1974, wherein an order of protection was issued and the case was retransferred to the Criminal Court.
