This eminent domain matter is before the Court on a petition filed by Davol Square Jewelry Mart, LLC (Davol) and Davol Square Jewelry Mart Corporation, Inc. (collectively, the petitioners), for an assessment of damages resulting from Narragansett Bay Commission's (NBC) acquisition of temporary and permanent easements over certain property located in Providence, Rhode Island. NBC acquired those easements to facilitate the development of a Combined Sewer Overflow Abatement Program.
