Defendant brings this appeal claiming that his right to be tried by a jury chosen from a fair cross section of his community was violated when the Kankakee County jury coordinator intentionally manipulated the racial composition of his jury venire. The trial court rejected defendant’s claim on the procedural grounds that he waived any right to challenge the composition of the jury venire when he failed to object at the time of jury selection.
