Def.’s. Mot. (ECF No. 10). Acha argues that, insofar as Plaintiff’s claim against him sounds in medical malpractice, Plaintiff’s claim against Acha must be dismissed due to Plaintiff’s failure to follow the appropriate screening procedures for such claims.
