The transcript in this case shows:
That on September 5, 1923, Dillard P. Parry, plaintiff, brought suit against Sam Cox, an absentee, and under appropriate allegations, and after making affidavit, obtained an order, which was annexed to the petition, for appointment of an attorney to represent the absentee, and for writs of attachment against defendant and garnishment against the Longstreet State Bank.
That a bond was given, as required by law, and citations issued, two of which read as follows:
