DAUGHERTY, District Judge.

Plaintiffs bring this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for damages for Defendants’ alleged violation of Plaintiff’s civil rights. There are two separate classes of plaintiffs: first, Jim and Marilyn Woosley and the Circle W., Inc. (hereinafter referred to collectively as Woosley); and secondly, Woosley’s Creditors.
