Patrick Southerland (Appellant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court) which dismissed Appellant’s appeal from revocation of his operating privileges imposed by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (Department), pursuant to Section 1532(a)(1) of the Vehicle Code. 1 We affirm.
