GUNN, Presiding Judge.
This ease involves consolidated appeals from two orders entered in successive divorce modification proceedings. The matrimonial ligatures were riven in 1969, the respondent-husband being ordered to pay $400 per month maintenance to the appellant-wife. 1 The division of property was accomplished by means of a stipulation agreement filed at the time of the divorce. Subsequently, the husband experienced an extended period of unemployment while the wife’s health deteriorated considerably, and both parties filed motions to modify the original decree in their respective favor.…
