Appellant contends in chief here that the prosecution engaged in misconduct by improperly trying to implant in the jury’s mind the notion that appellant’s wife secreted a witness who would testify as to appellant’s attempt to concoct a false alibi. Such misconduct, according to appellant, caused a miscarriage of justice under article VI, section 4%, of the California Constitution requiring reversal of a conviction of Penal Code, section 211 (armed robbery).
