— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to compel the Town of Stony Point (1) to reinstate and continue health, dental and life insurance coverage for petitioner which was terminated at a meeting of the town board on February 9,1982 and (2) to reimburse petitioner for all moneys which he has had to expend as a result of the termination of such benefits, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Kelly, J.), dated *841November 9,1982, which dismissed the proceeding.
