ERSKINE, District Judge.

This action involves a petition for an injunction, pursuant to Section 10(l) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 61 Stat. 136, et seq., 29 U.S.C.A. § 141 et seq., hereinafter called the Act. The petition was filed after a preliminary investigation of charges made by A. E. Cramer, Inc., a California corporation, alleging that respondent has engaged in unfair labor practices within the meaning of Section 8(b) (4) (C) of the Act.
