1Opinion of the CourtJustice Morrison

On July 2, 1980, Patricia Malcolm (mother) petitioned the Eighth Judicial District for dissolution of her marriage to Cornel Malcolm (father). A temporary order was issued by that court on September 4, 1980, granting, among other things, temporary custody of the couple’s three children to then-mother. A decree dissolving the marriage was granted on January 27, 1981. Following further investigation, an order was issued on February 9, 1981, whereby the mother was granted permanent custody of the children and the father was ordered to pay one hundred dollars per child per month as child support.
