Gardner Motor Company, Inc., of the city of St. Louis, a manufacturer of automobiles, delivered products of its factory from time to time: to Motor Brokerage Sales Company (which by change of name became Gardner-Paup Motors, Inc., and for brevity will be referred to as sales company), as distributor in the Kansas City trade territory, and as local dealer in automobiles at Kansas City. This action involves five of such cars, each delivered and received under so-called trust receipts.
