Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Konviser, J.), rendered June 24, 2009, convicting him of assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was convicted of assault in the second degree pursuant to Penal Law § 120.05 (2) in connection with an *1111incident that occurred inside a Brooklyn night club.
