In this workers’ compensation appeal, Claimant contends the JCC erred by finding: 1) res judicata barred her claim for compensability of her 2004 neck injury; 2) res judicata also barred her request for diagnostic tests recommended by her authorized treating physician, and there was no evidence the recommendation concerned Claimant’s compensable shoulder injury; 3) Claimant was not entitled to treatment for her neck; and 4) Claimant failed to establish her entitlement to permanent total disability (PTD) benefits and supplemental benefits.
